So information exchange was never really concurrent and quite confusing. And no one assisted with check out. <br \/>\n<br \/>\nLack of hot water in the shower: as a house with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the basic is to secure that there is hot water for all. We are a family of 5. However, when the first person has not even finished with her shower, hot water went out.
