Two major issues are mostly on communication and hot water inside the house.

Lack of effective communication system: When we were checking in, there was one who contacts us on Airbnb; he then gave us the number of his co-host other channel of communication; while we were on our way, we were told that it is a THIRD person who would be welcoming us. So information exchange was never really concurrent and quite confusing. And no one assisted with check out.

Lack of hot water in the shower: as a house with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the basic is to secure that there is hot water for all. We are a family of 5. However, when the first person has not even finished with her shower, hot water went out. My mom ended up getting a bad cold from this - we are very unsatisfied with this surprising outcome.
